Beauty Box 5: Silver & Mint Green Manicure

My last nail polish post was back in February which honestly seems forever ago! Obviously, I had to fix that problem. This gorgeous silver nail polish by Style Essentials that I received in my August Beauty Box 5 box (which, by the way, applied beautifully!) left me inspired to do a fun Summer manicure that is easy and perfect for all occasions!






After painting your nails the color of your choice wait until the next day to do the french tip that way you can be 100% sure they are dry. Use a piece of tape as a guideline to do your tip accent. I would not recommend doing it this way on every fingernail just because it would be extremely hard to make sure the width of the tip is the same on each finger. Carefully paint the tips and don't remove the tape until it dries completely! I realize they aren't the most perfect french tips ever. However, this was my first time trying it this way and I think it looks pretty good as long as you don't look too closely! Practice makes perfect, right?
