Maybelline Color Whisper: Coral Ambition

I'm a little late on the bandwagon in trying these out and I haven't a reason why! As you know, I love Revlon's lip butters (Cotton Candy is my favorite). I was expecting to love one more than the other in trying out my first Maybelline Color Whisper (which is described as a "weightless gel" not a lip butter) but I ended up loving them both equally! The packaging, consistency (which is practically identical), and pigments from both brands are fabulous!

I saw the shade Coral Ambition in a video on Youtube and knew I had to have it. I have a previous coral lipstick from the Maybelline Vivids called Peachy Scene that I really like but this shade is more on the lighter shade of coral with almost a peachy-ness about it. It's so lovely on. As always, I don't feel the photos do it justice and you can barely see the color on my lips, but I promise you can totally see it in person! Below you'll find photos of the vivid lipstick (left) compared to the color whisper (right) to get a better idea of what the color is like.

Have you tried any of the Maybelline Color Whispers? I'd love to know what you think! If not, what other lip products do you like that have a similar consistency?
