Color Coordination

I put together a few mini inspirational color charts to reference for when you're wanting to wear one of the Spring/Summer color trends. Sometimes it can be hard to pair color with color. While neutral colors always work it's nice to step outside of the box every once and a while and experiment with more color! You just might discover a new combo that you really like!

One of the colors that was seen a lot on the runway was various shades of blush. Some like it more pink while others prefer the nude side. You can style it with other colors like mint or coral or create a very serene ensemble by pairing it with with something even lighter like ivory.

Cobalt Blue is so bold and bright it's no wonder that most people would think they couldn't add another color to their outfit to compliment it. I recently wore a cobalt blue dress and styled it with a mustard colored skinny belt and it couldn't have looked any cuter! You can also opt to pair it with lighter colors like pink or lavender.

Olive may seem very "Fall" to you but I've still been seeing it everywhere and it looks great with so many colors. If you're wanting to pair your olive pants or camo printed top with something other than white or black try tan or a dark shade of plumb or burgundy. There's bound to be a day when you don't feel like wearing bright colors this season.

Did this inspire you? What other colors would you wear with cobalt blue, blush or olive?
