June Favorites

June basically flashed before my eyes. Especially because I've been thinking a lot about the months ahead. There are many birthdays to celebrate (including my husband's 30th on July 22nd), special events to attend (Company picnic, Disney Expo, etc.) and our 5 year anniversary on August 30th! Below are three things that stood out to me the most those four short weeks last month.

Colour Riche Colour Caresse "Pink Plush" - ULTA - $9.99

These are very similar to the Revlon Lip Butters and Maybelline Color Whispers. The price is a dollar or two more at Ulta than at Target but they are having a BOGO deal right now. This color, Pink Plush is a very pale pink and much lighter than I expected but I actually like the way it looks worn alone or over another color. It's not one of my favorite lipsticks that I own but it's nice having this option now.

AE "Me" Rollerball Fragrance - American Eagle - $14.95

The newest fragrance at American Eagle was my go to scent last month. In fact, I've used up almost half of it already! It's a sweet but light scent and I love that it's available as a rollerball because I always like to carry these with me. If you're interested, they're offering 40% off and free shipping until the 4th!

Beauty & the Beast on the CW

I'm hooked on this show! I watched the entire first season in just a few days and I'm already ten episodes in again. For those of you who were familiar with the previous BATB show with Ron Perlman and Linda Hamilton, this is a modern-day take on that story and it's just too good. My friend asked me today if I liked it more than Once Upon a Time to which I replied "I'm not sure." but I did say that I liked it a little more than "Downton Abbey". I think I even shocked myself when I said that. I know many won't agree but BATB is one of my favorite stories ever and to see it portrayed in such a way has been thrilling and I can't wait for the second season!

Did you have any favorite things in June? I'd also love to know if you've seen or heard of the new BATB show!
