Maybelline Vivids: Brazen Berry

I wore a purple lipstick once before when I was a teenager. It was a much lighter shade than this one but I used it until there was nothing left! I suppose I'm fortunate to be able to wear these bright and bold colors. There's something about having a very fair complexion with dark features that just makes it work. I didn't think I'd try any of the colors that are part of the new Vivids Collection by Maybelline but as I browsed the different shades over the weekend this purple color, Brazen Berry, stood out to me. I'm so glad I got it! It's nice to have a unique shade in my little collection.

Have you ever worn purple lipstick? Would you try it? What about coral or another color you don't normally wear, like red? If you are thinking about it, I'd highly suggest picking up a clear lipliner. I use mine all the time!
