You Are Loved!

Today is Valentine's Day and while it is a precious day to celebrate two people who are in love, many females who haven't met their Prince Charming yet often feel lonely. And so today I want to encourage you and let you know of someone who loves you!

You are loved by a God who can fill your loneliness in a second! He loves you more than any human being ever could and deeply cares for you! He wants to take those negative thoughts and feelings away...

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7

Take the time to tell God how you feel and ask Him to take the pen from you so that He may write your love story. It will take faith and patience but I promise you that you'll rest easier knowing that your future is in God's hands. You won't feel like you constantly have to go searching for "the one" which results in jumping from person to person and a constant broken heart. You deserve better than that! I trust that God has something better in store for you...

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11


God loves us so much and wants to be a part of our lives. When we allow Him in and spend time with Him (by reading his word, praying, or even singing songs of praise) we will fall in love with Him and completely depend on Him that we won't think about the things that we don't have as often because He fills up those holes. By loving God above all else, our desires will become what He desires for us, because He cares that much!

"Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4

This Valentine's Day, remember that you are loved by a God that loves us so much that He sent His son to die for our sins. All you have to do to experience God's love for you is to accept and believe that He died for YOU!

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever belives in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16
