FREE HEALTH SCREENING

On the 24 of January and February 28th, AYD&H Foundation in collaboration with Corona Mall Medical Group and URGENT CARE held a free Health screening at the Mall. We are committed to providing free medical screening and Free Nutrition Counseling for 2-3 month to the people of Corona and our surrounding neighbors. depending on the need in our community. Our next screening will be March 21st.

Come and learn about    

  •  Better Nutrition with Diabetes
  •  Controling Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Heart Diseases and other general checkup                                                                                                                                                
  • healthy Snacks with a Registered Dietitian  
  •  Get some free medications and advice from our Physician and Physician Assistants.
